Technical Data The Biotech Liquid Flow Meter is specifically designed for continuous measurement of flow rate without interference in liquid chromatography systems. Being compatible with most solvents, a wide pH range, and pressures up to 3 MPa (435 psi), it is the perfect tool for high-precision measurement of flow rates ranging from 0.001 to 5 mL/min.
Via its USB interface and modern PC application, data is recorded as time series, which is helpful when troubleshooting pumps, check valves or other malfunctioning components in liquid
chromatography equipment.
The app allows the user to select the integration interval for average flow rate or pump performance. Current flow rate is displayed on the Flow Meter?s integral high-resolution OLED display while recording and storing the measured flow rates. Degasi Prep+ 1 channel uses a revolutionary new technology that makes it possible to degass organic solutions with higher flows in a cost effective manner. That means you can get increased capacity at a lower price. Degasi Prep+ is a perfect choice for efficient degassing of many types of liquids at high flow rates, up to 75-100 mL /min per chamber. Not to be used with hexane, heptane and iso-octane.The system removes dissolved gases from the mobile phases to reduce retention time shifts and improve baseline stability. Removing dissolved gasses eliminates bubbles before they occur and removes oxygen which can interfere with UV detection methods. The system is available with 1,2 and 4 channel systems.
